We are seeking a professional, polished, and customer service–driven Standing Security Officer for a high-end residential community. This is a front-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage access control while delivering a high level of service. This position is ideal for individuals who can balance security enforcement with professionalism and respect in a residential environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Control all access at the front desk — no entry without proper resident approval Verify all guests, vendors, and deliveries before granting access Greet residents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy Monitor building activity and camera systems Enforce property policies, including access control and amenity rules Maintain a strong, visible presence at the front desk at all times Document all activity and incidents with clear, detailed reports Coordinate with Dispatch and property management as needed ⸻ Confidentiality Requirement (Critical): Maintain strict confidentiality at all times Do not share any property, resident, or incident-related information Direct all resident inquiries to property management
